About the position

The Sr. Director, Solution to Win will lead the Strategic Pursuits Team, focusing on establishing a Price-To-Win Center of Excellence and managing competitive intelligence and strategy functions. This role involves governance and reporting of strategic pursuits, ensuring alignment with sales excellence and facilitating effective deal shaping practices.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a Price-To-Win Center of Excellence and lead competitive intelligence and strategy functions.
  • Analyze competition and guide the team on competitive strategy and positioning to establish differentiation.
  • Create a repository of deal shaping best practices and work with the sales enablement team to deploy learnings.
  • Manage governance and hygiene across strategic pursuits, including account and deal qualification.
  • Oversee the deployment of strategic account frameworks in North America and report on it.
  • Run Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for the strategic pursuits team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in market research methodologies and competitive intelligence practices in enterprise sales or consulting roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 additional years of work experience).

  • Experience with sales processes and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
