About the position

The Sr. Director of Strategic Operations Services at Medica is a transformational leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring strategic programs that enhance operational excellence across the organization. This position plays a critical role in leading key operational departments and driving large-scale projects that align with Medica's mission and enterprise strategies.

Responsibilities

• Leading the creation of Operations' future-state strategy and capability roadmaps.
• Providing oversight and leadership of Operations' priority projects portfolio.
• Overseeing and managing departmental budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Regularly evaluating and improving business procedures according to organizational objectives.
• Supporting an inclusive work environment and enhancing skills through career pathing opportunities.
• Increasing employee engagement while supporting teams through change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 10+ years of related work experience within healthcare, focusing on large-scale projects and implementations.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations with increasing responsibility.
