About the position

The Senior Event Audience Marketing Manager is responsible for driving audience acquisition, marketing communications, and campaign strategy for strategic programs and events. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing plans for core event programs, ensuring successful audience engagement and registration. The position involves managing multiple tasks, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and coordinating creative assets to align with campaign goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the marketing strategy for core event programs, including audience segmentation and campaign timelines.
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to build and execute audience acquisition campaigns.
  • Implement impactful marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive event registrations and engagement.
  • Review and optimize campaign performance, making strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal design teams to develop campaign assets that align with messaging and goals.
  • Develop copy for emails, content, and social media posts.
  • Deliver end-to-end campaign performance reporting and analytics.
  • Manage project timelines and tasks using Jira ticket management.
  • Cultivate relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of event audience acquisition or demand generation experience, preferably in tech enterprise events.
  • Data-driven and highly analytical with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and managing a multi-channel integrated marketing campaign calendar.
  • Proficient in using automation to improve processes and productivity.
  • Project management expertise, including experience with virtual teams.
  • Superb prioritization skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong delegation skills and ability to build peer relationships.
  • Desire to enhance marketing efforts with new strategic and executional ideas.
  • Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to changes.

Nice-to-haves

  • Event operations or field marketing experience, preferably in tech.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
