Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A

About the position

This role helps Intuitive's entire Manufacturing and Supply Chain ('Global Ops') organization, with a focus on examining, reporting, and improving company margins. The Senior Analyst will help drive and consolidate the forecast and close process for total company margins as well as Global Ops' organization budget.

Responsibilities

• Help drive the planning and consolidation process for month-end close, quarterly forecast, and annual budget of total company margin.
• Develop KPI's and reporting tools for Global Ops leadership.
• Coordinate with Corporate FP&A on all financial reporting procedures and controls.
• Build and maintain reporting using Tableau or PowerBI.
• Participate in cross-functional teams as the Global Ops Finance representative.
• Proactively identify, propose, and execute process improvements.
• Participate in key IT development and automation projects.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant FP&A work experience.
• Excellent social and communication skills, ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and cross functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Demonstrated experience using statistical tools and database systems such as Tableau and SQL.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organized with an ability to help and prioritize multiple projects concurrently.
• Curiosity and ability to navigate ambiguous circumstances.
• This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
