Responsibilities

  • Lead the month end and quarter end sourcing productivity and purchase price variance reporting and forecasting process to support procurement and sourcing analytics.
  • Assist with annual planning cycle by facilitating global AOP process with the sourcing & procurement teams.
  • Drive financial data analytics, interpret financial results for determining past financial performance risks and opportunities for future performance.
  • Analyze and provide financial guidance on Make vs Buy decisions with business partners.
  • Develop financial reports / models for forecasting, trending, budgeting, and results analysis.
  • Drive financial analysis, interpretation of key issues, metrics to leadership along with recommendation for course correction with advanced excel skills.
  • Assist on projects to improve operational and financial effectiveness.
  • Develops high quality effective presentations (i.e., engaging, motivating, concise, well-prep).
  • Completes analysis and journal entries related to PPV.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of business and Finance experience preferred.
  • Experience in leading and running a distributed team.
  • Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization.
  • Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated understanding of Excel (i.e., financial models and analysis), PowerPoint, and Hyperion is preferred.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven business partner and influencer.
