We are looking for a mid- to senior level Graphic Designer to develop creative assets and solutions for integrated marketing campaigns and brand-focused projects. Working within the Global Brand function, this role will be both a creator and a producer. Collaboration-driven, this person will cultivate an ongoing partnership with in-house partners to support the creation of brand-centric creative work that helps achieve business goals. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of design, creative concept and campaign execution, the evolving digital landscape, UX and print. They will cultivate relationships and build trust quickly; execute projects from conception to production; have experience managing relationships cross-functional relationships; and always think brand-first.

Responsibilities

  • Drive innovative and inspired design work to challenge expectations and evolve the activation of the Syniverse brand.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all projects and continuously build out brand deliverables and assets.
  • Cultivate collaborative partnerships across departments to drive project alignment and brand education/best practices.
  • Incorporate and stay current on evolving technologies and UX best practices.
  • Take proactive ownership, responsibility and accountability of owned projects and initiatives.
  • Help refine process while remaining flexible to client situations and timelines.
  • Develop brand-driven creative design for both print and digital projects (including but not limited to event design and marketing, video, direct marketing campaigns, social media, lead generation, blogs, website, and sales presentations).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or commensurate experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in creative design across digital and print media types.
  • Expert level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign as well as PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of After Effects, Premier, Bridge, XD (or related app like Figma) a plus.
  • Solid understanding of design and typography principles across digital and print media types, UX best practices, social media/digital output, large format work and print.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to successfully engage with partners, have strategic conversations, present plans and results to multiple audiences.
  • Ability to interpret, visualize and communicate and often simplify complex technical concepts.
