About the position

As a Sr. IT Analyst at Honeywell, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex, high-impact IT projects that are essential to the organization’s success. Your expertise will guide the IT strategy and drive data-informed decision-making across various departments. You will be responsible for analyzing intricate IT systems, identifying areas for improvement and innovation, and providing solutions to address business challenges. By staying current with emerging IT trends and technologies, you will contribute directly to the organization's technology roadmap, enhancing operational efficiency and maintaining Honeywell's competitive edge as a global technology leader. In this role, you will impact the organization by analyzing complex IT systems, processes, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. You will lead high-impact IT projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes. Your proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques will enable you to provide data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency and enable data-informed decision-making. You will report directly to the manager and work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a hybrid work schedule, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you remain engaged with your team and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex IT projects with end-to-end accountability in Customer Order Management, Invoicing, Accounts Receivables, Pricing, and Master Data Management.
  • Analyze and document business requirements, identifying and resolving process gaps.
  • Support user adoption plans and assist with test strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to ensure timely customer delivery and satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance on IT strategy and solutions to address business challenges.
  • Assist leaders in managing change management processes and support super users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT analysis or related roles in the SAP SD area.
  • 1+ SAP End to End implementation experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • S4 HANA and/or BRIM experience.
  • Knowledge of SFDC, SAP CPQ.
  • Relevant industry certifications.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
