Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess the business needs of the client to find the best solution for the client.
• Gather system requirements, build application specification documents, draw flow charts, design application architecture, implement modernized application design, and test features before release.
• Develop software with agile or scrum methodologies and lead and mentor junior developers.
• Interact with the customer and internal teams to identify and analyze requirements for development purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Active Top Secret security clearance required
• 5+ years of experience as a Java Developer
• 3+ years working as a part of an Agile Development Team
• 3+ years of experience leading junior developers
