About The Position

The Senior Learning Consultant plays a pivotal role in leading system-wide learning programs that enhance leadership capabilities and support strategic business initiatives. Reporting to the AVP of Learning, this position is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs. The consultant will also evaluate program success and create metrics to measure effectiveness, while functioning as a subject matter expert and collaborating with various business leaders and HR teams.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in managing, developing, designing, and evaluating leadership programs in a corporate setting.
  • Significant experience leading projects from needs assessment through implementation and measurement.
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, including executives.
  • Experience with instructional design processes such as ADDIE, SAM, or AGILE.

Nice To Haves

  • SHRM-SCP or related certification (SHRM, SHRM-CP) preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred.
  • Experience with competency mapping and curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Storyline, RISE, SnagIT, and SurveyMonkey.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program and stakeholder discussions to identify learning needs and gaps.
  • Create recommendations for learning programs that address business objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Manage project timelines, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Design learning solutions using adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Facilitate world-class training sessions and meetings with executives and key stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the RFP process for learning programs.
  • Develop and implement system-wide launch plans for new courses and tools.
