About the position

We are looking for seasoned engineers to join our Dojo validation team, in the capacity of a low voltage systems specialist. Your job is to collaborate with teams across the Dojo program to ensure that the hardware meets our high performance and reliability standards. As a validation engineer, you will be among the first users of newly developed Dojo products, and you will serve as the key knowledge holder of Dojo validation. You will identify product failures and drive corrective actions, all to ensure the long-term success of the Dojo platform. You will identify key engineering questions and own experimental design that drive towards improvement of the understanding, characterization, quality and reliability of electronics products. Additionally, you will develop custom infrastructure like PCBs, firmware, and software tools, to be used for product validation and production with features including sensors, power conversion and delivery, telemetry and data post processing functionalities. You will also develop and maintain automated test hardware and software to streamline execution, data collection, and processing. Leading cross-functional efforts between engineers, project managers, and suppliers regarding failure analysis, root cause analysis, and fix recommendation efforts for failure modes identified over the life cycle of the product and representative validation phases will be a key part of your responsibilities.
