About the position

Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing for Burger King North America, this individual will play a role in driving the vision and marketing strategy and leading tactics development for one or more brand pillars of the Burger King brand.

Responsibilities

  • Leads growth strategy for one or more brand pillars/categories
  • Responsible for building the brand and innovation pipeline for one or more pillars/categories
  • Develops executive-level presentations to drive alignment of strategic initiatives for one or more brand pillars, building clear and concise business and consumer cases.
  • Ability to synthesize data from several sources to inform business recommendations
  • Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams (e.g., Culinary, Operations, Insights, Marketing Communications, Marketing Execution, Marketing Analytics) to bring projects from idea to launch.
  • Continuously mines consumer, culture, and category insights to inform breakthrough ideas
  • Craft compelling narratives for agency creative briefing for any new launches/activations.
  • May manage 1-2 direct reports

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 Years of work experience in CPG, Retail, QSR, or related field
  • Strong business acumen with a high sense of curiosity
  • Exceptional analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skill level using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and motivated with a desire to outperform
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with diverse points-of-view from several stakeholders
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Able to operate autonomously on ambiguous projects
  • Love of food and passion for Food & Beverage industry preferred
