As The Children’s Place Brand Sr Marketing Manager you are part of a strategic team of big thinkers and creatives who work interdependently to drive brand strategy, omni channel marketing initiatives and integrated campaigns to enhance customer engagement and business growth. This role will lead the development and execution of seasonal marketing plans that align with business objectives and consumer insights. This includes managing integrated marketing efforts across digital, social, and in store experiences. A strong focus will be placed on social media strategy understanding both organic and paid – leveraging platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement and conversion. This role will oversee partnerships and collaborations – identifying opportunities to align with complementary brands, influencers and strategic partners to amplify our brands in the market. The Senior Marketing Manager will also work cross functionally with internal teams and external agencies to drive best in class marketing activations, customer acquisition and retention strategies.
