About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Content Marketing to join our IDG WW Commercial Marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and demand generation content for Lenovo's IDG commercial products and solutions. The Sr. Manager of Content Marketing will develop and execute sophisticated content strategies that establish Lenovo's thought leadership in technology, Artificial Intelligence, security, sustainability, and best-in-class employee experiences for enterprise buyers and stakeholders. This role requires understanding of and familiarity with enterprise buying cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and how to create compelling content that resonates with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a global content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Drive enterprise content strategy and creation including editing and project managing content that supports larger marketing programs.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, campaign, geo marketing, product and external agencies to ensure content consistency and alignment.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on ROI.
  • Establish Lenovo as a thought leader in the commercial technology space through innovative and impactful content.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in the technology sector.

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of content creators and marketers.
