In this highly collaborative and visible position, you will own the Digital Revenue, and financial and operational elements of our Digital Commerce Platforms P&L. With your data-driven mentality, you will analyze and interpret sales/revenue results and forecasts, providing key business and financial guidance to the organization. You will play a key leadership role in developing and scaling new, digital capabilities across the digital websites and platforms. As an influential member of our Finance community, you will strategically partner with our business leads to size, implement and evangelize value-driving investments in emerging technologies while keenly focusing on developing a sustainable return framework. Responsibilities

  • Partner with DCP teams and Divisions, acting as a strategic advisor related to financial planning and analysis, revenue reporting and analytics, insight generation, and the digital ecosystem.
  • Collaborate across the DCP, Divisions, Corporate FP&A, and Group FP&A to advance the Company's digital revenue growth strategies.
  • Lead all key financial processes including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long range strategic plan (STRAP), month-end/quarter-end close cycles, and other recurring management reporting cadences.
  • Coach, mentor and empower a Senior Financial Analyst to advance their professional development via training, personal target setting and regular performance evaluations.
  • Empower the broader Company team to partner with functional partners to drive successful programs and achieve financial commitments.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, in tandem with our Technical Accounting Team, to interpret and vet accounting guidance in support of the development of long-term CapEx versus OpEx strategies.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling as required.
  • Embody cross-functional involvement and continuous process improvement values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8+ years of finance experience in a complex, multinational environment, with direct management experience and experience partnering with leaders.
  • Strong and persuasive communicator: essential to have credibility within a dynamic, challenging environment and in the context of providing outstanding business partnering support.
  • Desire to formulate and drive process improvements, challenging the status quo.
  • Demonstrated focus on being able to translate data and metrics into predictable, value-add business insight.
  • Professional maturity and communication style to interact directly leadership across functions.
  • Strong results orientation, bias for action.
  • Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP), Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI).
  • Extensive experience in revenue modeling and forecasting, and working with large data sets.
  • Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas; strong financial modeling skills.
