The Senior Manager of HR Implementation & Go to Market is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and oversight of HR-related products and initiatives aimed at optimizing the role of our HR Business Partners and the overall Employee Experience. This role involves leading the implementation of HR platforms, programs, processes, and policies, in support of the organization’s strategic priorities and Purpose, Mission, Vision, and Values. This role will report into the Sr. Director HR Implementation & Go-to-Market and will be hub based.
