Sr. Manager, IT Facilities & Network

About the position

The Sr Manager, Facilities & Network, reporting to the Head of IT Infrastructure, will be a critical member of the IT Infrastructure team and work closely with C-Level and cross-functional teams to develop processes and controls that improve efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and make user experience better. As an accomplished Service Delivery and IT operations leader, you will oversee core business and back-office operations including IT Network, Voice, Video Conference Site Management, CCTV Infrastructure, Automation Infrastructure and Local Facility Infrastructure. You and your team will deliver transformation through disciplined Project Management practices, following DHL's IT Security Compliance, executing proper IT Vendor Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead an IT team and Vendors providing IT Network services, LAN and WAN, including managing UCTO vendor partner.
• Oversee Voice & Video Conferencing services.
• Manage Site Management services, such as UPS, RAE, Site Surveys and similar.
• Support CCTV Infrastructure services.
• Provide support to Automation Infrastructure that sustains solutions like LT1 and similar.
• Manage local Facility infrastructure such as Reweigh machines, Image Scanners, X-Rays, Scales, Scan Tunnels, and similar.
• Ensure the integrity of the Facilities and Network services aligns with overall IT strategy and business objectives.
• Establish or improve compliant operational processes and procedures while managing IT operations.
• Run a well-managed operation, inclusive of automated and preventive controls.
• Establish or improve asset lifecycle management of all IT assets used to support Facilities and enable Networks.
• Design, implement, and execute the technology roadmap and strategy for US IT Facility and Network Services.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLA/OLA) performance.
• Lead talent planning, career development mentoring, coaching, and feedback to team members.
• Manage the cost of IT Facility and Network Services.
• Accountable for managing financial charge validations and developing the budget of IT Telecom Services.

Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline and 10+ years of Technology Experience in related field or MS/MA.
• Professional certification or similar: ITILv3/4, Cloud (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS), Cisco (CCNP, CCIE), Microsoft certifications, Project Management PMP.
• Experience and Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Collaboration (Video, Voice Services, Polycom, Cisco) and Security Technologies such as IPSec, VPN, Routers, DNS, DHCP, Virtual Machines, Active Directory Policies.
• Skilled in communicating conceptual and technical information both verbally and in writing to various audiences.
• Strong project management/financial analysis/networking abilities.
