Essential functions of the Sr. Marketing Analyst include participating in the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, increasing product sales revenue, and enhancing visual merchandising impacts within the retail footprint. These campaigns will incorporate digital strategies that align with the company's overall business goals, increase product demand, and attract traffic to the company website while promoting a strong online presence. The analyst will collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives, utilizing productivity tools associated with the marketing and e-commerce departments' project management functions. The role requires a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to effectively increase website traffic. The Sr. Marketing Analyst will analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts. Furthermore, the analyst will assist in the creation and management of the company's brand identity, including logo, messaging, and visual elements, while also managing the company's social media presence and engaging with customers and stakeholders.
