About the position

The Sr. Manager, Global Portfolio Management Analytics at Kenvue is responsible for enhancing Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and analytics capabilities across the company's project portfolio. This role involves operational management of the PPM system, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the system meets evolving business needs. The position requires a strong focus on data integrity, user experience, and continuous improvement in analytics and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the PPM system (Planisware), including user access, support, troubleshooting, and enhancements management.
  • Create and publish insightful reports, dashboards, and analytics to support portfolio decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain the PPM systems roadmap, staying updated on best practices and trends in PPM analytics.
  • Enhance portfolio analysis capabilities through advanced data analytics and user-friendly visualizations.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Portfolio Managers and other stakeholders to identify system and reporting improvements.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and system requirements, working with IT and vendors for system enhancements.
  • Coach and mentor team members to foster a work environment aligned with Kenvue values.
  • Maintain a knowledge management site for systems training and documentation, and conduct training for system changes.
  • Monitor project data integrity and enforce compliance with data standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant business experience, preferably in the Consumer Goods Industry.
  • 5 years of Project Portfolio Management experience in a large, global company with complex project portfolios.
  • Experience with Enterprise Project and Portfolio management software such as Planisware, Project Server, or Gensight.
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and present impactful project portfolio data using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, understanding financial principles and project evaluation methods.
  • Ability to operate in a complex environment and lead discussions across multiple organizational levels.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and organizational change, acting as a change agent.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

Nice-to-haves

  • Masters Degree preferred in Project/Portfolio Management, Finance, IT, or Business.
  • Previous people management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
