Provide leadership and administration to numerous business activities in support of the PHI T&S Work Management organization (e.g., Operations, T&S, Tech Services). Coordinate preparation and oversight of overall budget and work plan. Develop and coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives to drive improved performance in SAIFI, CAIDI and Customer Satisfaction. Prepare the business scorecard, key performance indicators and facilitate the management review process. Specific to PECO Technical Services, provide leadership and administration to numerous business activities in support of the PHI T&S Work Management organization (e.g., Operations, T&S, Gas, IT). This position requires weekly travel to Atlantic City, NJ, New Castle, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
