About the position

The Sr People Analytics & Insights Manager is responsible for supporting the organization's People and Workforce initiatives using a broad range of data sources, analytical methods, and business approaches to deliver actionable recommendations to executive sponsors. This role provides broad analytical support by leading initiatives to dissect and structure a wide range of complex business problems, extracting, integrating and analyzing data from a variety of sources, applying facts/data to derive a conclusion, and constructing presentations that distill complex analytical findings into communications that are intended to inform and influence decisions related to policy, procedure, and business practices. The Sr People Analytics & Insights Manager works with internal business partners and external best practices to create metrics, KPIs and data visualizations linked to strategy and objectives and crafts stories and derives insights to answer challenging business questions and problems. Responsibilities include identifying, communicating, and driving consensus around opportunities to understand and improve HR performance, optimize cost to serve, and improve business outcomes through People and Workforce initiatives. The Sr People Analytics & Insights Manager will proactively look for opportunities to innovate with new ideas, surface recommendations and play a pivotal role in consulting and influencing decisions with the functions and account teams they support. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be located in Bellevue, WA, Overland Park, KS, or Frisco, TX.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data mining, analysis and modeling to drive business insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity while working with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R).
  • Demonstrate strong competency and comfort working with and analyzing large sets of data.
  • Work with other teams and align with key partners.
  • Lead process improvement and manage projects.
  • Present complex and customized analytical findings.
  • Develop executive level presentations and present complex and customized analytical findings.
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Develop analysis plan and complete them independently for complex projects.
  • Also responsible for other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative, Business or computer-related field such as mathematics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, or computer science.
  • 7+ years in related analyst work experience.
  • Skilled in SQL, database management, MS Office.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
