About the position

Curaleaf is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to join our growing Pricing and Competitive Intelligence team. This role will play a critical part in shaping our pricing strategy, optimizing revenue, and driving profitable growth across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in pricing strategy, and a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and customer insights.
Analyze Retail/Wholesale sales, competitor, and consumer data to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement effective pricing models.
Monitor pricing performance, assess elasticity, and recommend adjustments to optimize revenue and margin.
Design and maintain pricing dashboards and reports in Power BI, Excel, or other analytical tools.
Support promotional planning by evaluating discount effectiveness and trade spend ROI.
Partner with merchandising and planning to align pricing strategies with broader revenue goals.
Provide data-driven recommendations for new product pricing and portfolio optimization.
Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory considerations, and competitive dynamics in the cannabis market.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or financial analysis, preferably in CPG, retail, cannabis, or a regulated industry.
Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, pivot tables) and experience with Omni, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
Familiarity with pricing software, elasticity models, and market intelligence tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence pricing decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
