About the position

The successful candidate will work closely with sales to support RF technical campaigns in the Northeast US region and will be well versed in the following areas: Use of Cadence AWR Design Environment or competitive tools for RF/microwave design. Electro-magnetic, linear, harmonic balance, and time domain simulation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support RF technical campaigns in the Northeast US region.
• Use Cadence AWR Design Environment or competitive tools for RF/microwave design.
• Conduct electro-magnetic, linear, harmonic balance, and time domain simulation and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
• Minimum of 10 years of recent RF design experience
• Ability to anticipate technical challenges and develop creative solutions.
• Ability to technically lead on a wide range of customer engagements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Cadence R&D, Product Engineering, Marketing and customers.
• Open to continuous learning and development.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE)
• MMIC, RFIC, and/or antenna design experience
• Comfortable working in Linux environment
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as distributed architectures.
