As a Senior Process Optimization Consultant at Visa, you will play a pivotal role in creating, leading, and defining the supporting processes of an operational excellence program. This program is designed to track, implement, and govern improvements and efficiencies across Visa Direct Client Services, ensuring effective product delivery. You will assess the needs of the business and identify process requirements that can enhance operational efficiencies and automation potential. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you measure and assess the capabilities of current processes, analyze the frequency of problems, and develop analyses to determine the root causes of variations, defects, or poor performance. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams and gain support for system and process changes from key stakeholders, ensuring timely and complete implementation. You will employ Lean Six Sigma methodologies and analytics to accomplish business objectives and drive change. Additionally, you will develop control plans and monitor the performance of the business post-implementation, applying statistical process controls to monitor process behavior. Creating comprehensive business requirements documentation will be essential to outline the scope and purpose of projects, while providing technical and analytical support on various process strategies. This position is hybrid, allowing you to alternate between remote work and office presence. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guideline of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
