Sr. Product Manager, Growth

About the position

As a Senior Product Manager, Growth at Navan you will be responsible for growing our Personal Travel business, globally. You will lead the product by working with a large cross-functional team that includes design, engineering, marketing, operations, supplier relations and finance. This role reports directly to the Director, Product.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the business strategy for Personal Travel at Navan.
• Partner closely with counterparts across Marketing, Engineering, Payments and Customer Support to ensure a strong and cohesive user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building products that are in growth stage.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate a matrix organizational structure.
• Ability to create a business plan from the ground up and execute on a strategy that drives growth and revenue.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience building software applications (web and mobile) and leading the product development lifecycle.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
