Acorns is seeking a strategic, customer-obsessed Senior Product Manager to drive new subscriber growth. This role will own the Onboarding experience for new customers, delivering both innovative and incremental solutions to help everyday Americans get set up to save and invest. You will focus on rapid experimentation, conversion rate optimization, subscription monetization, and partner with Growth Marketing to scale acquisition volume. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, brings a deep understanding of customer psychology to every decision, and has a strong foundation in data analytics and behavioral economics.
