About the position

Luxury Stores at Amazon is seeking an innovative and strategic marketing leader to serve as the Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead our Outbound marketing efforts (e.g., Email, Push, SMS). This role will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that drive customer engagement and retention. The ideal candidate is a seasoned, data-driven marketer with exceptional strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. You should be passionate about lifecycle marketing in the B2C or e-commerce space, building automated lifecycle journeys, and have deep expertise with marketing tools and datasets. You are innovative, creative, and excited about shaping our customer communication strategy in the luxury fashion and beauty industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage content strategy for end-to-end outbound marketing programs (Email, Push, SMS).
  • Analyze customer data to identify segments, develop targeting strategies, and create personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, product, engineering, and business intelligence to align on initiatives, goals, and experimentation roadmap.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
  • Improve outbound marketing performance and efficiencies, while setting high standards and eliminating campaign defects.
  • Stay current with outbound marketing trends in the luxury retail industry to continue iterating on a best-in-class lifecycle program.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
  • Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling email, push, and SMS marketing programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, integrated marketing, or content marketing roles, ideally in the luxury or fashion industry.
