About the position

Amazon is seeking a Facilities Management expert to support the development of the function across North America, impacting over 1000 sites and overseeing a budget of $2B. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize the cost, quality, and performance of hard and soft services, while also adapting global strategies to meet local needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the Facilities Management functions in North America.
• Act as the point of contact with global Subject Matter Experts in the EU and adapt global strategies for local regulations.
• Engage with business owners and leadership to deploy FM strategies to improve cost, quality, and performance.
• Develop performance KPIs, tools, and dashboards for reporting metrics to the business and leadership.
• Analyze spend from services across multiple business units to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Field teams, and Procurement to enhance data management and budgeting.
• Conduct gap analysis of stakeholders and define necessary training programs for successful FM strategy delivery.
• Represent the team in Business Reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or related field.
