The Sr. Regional Sales Manager will manage the entire sales process from start to finish within the Bay Area and Seattle, WA regions. This role involves prospecting into a named account sales territory, developing and maintaining relationships with defined target named accounts, and executing the major steps of the sales process including finding new business opportunities, qualifying them, analyzing, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing new business. The manager will also provide inputs and participate in marketing events such as trade shows and webinars, leverage their sales network to develop leads, and lead new product introductions in both international and domestic markets. The position requires the ability to multi-task and set priorities in a dynamic environment while protecting and maintaining control of proprietary and confidential company and customer information. Travel to customers and reporting offices in the Bay Area is required, and the manager must ensure compliance with the company's export control program.
