About the position
This Notice is being provided as a result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification for the position of Senior Software Developer at 7-Eleven, Inc. located in Enon, OH. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying Boomi integrations for various scenarios including Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The position requires providing architecture direction on new integrations, defining process interfaces, data models, and integration points across complex Cloud applications, and documenting designs using the Boomi iPaaS platform. Additionally, the developer will provide 24x7 support for Boomi integrations in production environments and administer the Boomi platform, including deployment and process logging.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Boomi integrations for Cloud, on-premises, and hybrid scenarios.
- Provide architecture direction on new integrations.
- Define process interfaces, data models, and integration points across disparate, complex Cloud applications.
- Document designs and use Boomi iPaaS platform to develop integration processes.
- Provide 24x7 support on Boomi integrations in production environments.
- Administer Boomi platform including deployment, process logging and reporting.
- Define version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases.
- Work with Boomi vendor to troubleshoot platform issues.
- Collaborate with Network Operations and Network Security teams to provide needed network access for new Boomi integrations.
- Provide oversight to third party vendor integration support teams.
- Work with business area to define new integration requirements.
- Participate in requirements, design and development reviews.
- Attend daily scrum meetings.
- Provide weekly status to leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Software or System Engineer, ETL Developer, Data Integration or Implementation Engineer, IT Analyst, or in a related/similar position.
- 3 years in integration development using Boomi, webMethods, and Informatica or other middleware integration software.
- 1 year with Java scripting or Groovy scripting, SQL scripting, Boomi AtomSphere API integration development, and Boomi administration.
