About The Position
The Operations Program Manager (OPM) is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of cost and schedule commitments for Production Operations, acting as the key representative between Operations and the Program Management Office (PMO). This role involves coordinating action plans, managing Earned Value Management (EVM) processes, and leading cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance performance. The OPM will oversee manufacturing program plans, assist in proposal development, and contribute to capacity planning, all while managing significant programs for the U.S. Navy.
