About the position

The Buy with Prime (BwP) & Multi-channel Fulfilment (MCF) team at Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to play a pivotal role in managing the post-launch technical account management for marquee customers utilizing BwP and MCF products. This high-impact position requires the TAM to act as a technical advisor, guiding customers through the complexities of the solutions offered and ensuring they are fully leveraged. The TAM will be responsible for proactive and reactive support activities, serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams to enhance operational efficiencies. This role demands a solution-oriented mindset, focusing on the technical aspects of the customer’s journey post-launch, ensuring that merchants can maximize the benefits of Amazon's products and services. In this role, the TAM will manage the technical integration and operational health of BwP and MCF solutions for both enterprise and SMB customer segments. They will work cross-functionally with various teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to resolve any technical issues that arise during the customer’s deployment. The TAM will utilize their subject matter expertise to communicate the incremental value of the BwP and MCF products to key stakeholders, ensuring that customers are aware of the full range of benefits available to them. Additionally, the TAM will provide valuable feedback to the product team based on insights gained during the customer’s post-launch experience, contributing to continuous improvement of the offerings. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing both technical and non-technical projects, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across diverse functional teams. They will own both internal and customer-facing operating procedures, with a strong emphasis on process improvement. A customer-obsessed approach is essential, as the TAM will advocate for the customer during internal reviews and drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-launch technical integration and operational health of Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfilment Solutions Org (MCF) solutions customer deployment in the enterprise and SMB customer segments.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve technical issues for customers launched on Buy with Prime and Multi-channel Fulfilment product (e.g., Sales, Product, Tech).
  • Utilize subject matter expertise to communicate the incremental value of Buy with Prime and Multi-channel Fulfilment product to key customer stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on the learnings during the customer's post-launch journey.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent.
  • Experience in working with customer launch or post-launch and or solution management.
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to deliver results.
