The SR. TOLLS CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER will manage and oversee the implementation of contracts and special projects within the Project Management Office for the Division of Toll Operations. This role involves traveling to different sites as needed to ensure the implementation of assigned special projects. The manager will develop procurement documents, cost estimates, technical requirements, functional requirements, business rules, performance requirements, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and Service Level Agreements (SLA). Additionally, the position supervises direct reports and manages the development of project documentation including project charters, communication plans, project plans, and other project artifacts required for project management. The manager will also oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the contract and managing vendor performance.
