As a Senior Transversal Change Manager at Janus Henderson, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating program-level planning and execution within a dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include the estimation and creation of sprint schedules, as well as preparing essential planning materials such as Vision, Roadmap, and Backlogs. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-team capacity planning and management, ensuring that all impacted teams are aligned and informed throughout the process. Key ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, program-level retrospectives, and release reviews will be facilitated by you, engaging both technology and business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication. In addition to planning and facilitation, you will be tasked with establishing and communicating quarterly and annual calendars for release iterations and program-level planning events. Your role will require you to track and report on the progress of epics, features, costs, and benefits, while also managing program-level risks and dependencies across teams. You will create a high-level reporting view that combines metrics from various teams, providing transparency and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include identifying and engaging key stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration on strategy and execution. You will facilitate alignment sessions and workshops to clarify roles, responsibilities, and interdependencies, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback and making necessary adjustments. As a leader, you will foster an action-oriented atmosphere where team members are clear on their objectives and motivated to achieve shared success. You will also ensure that Agile and Project Management governance standards are met, and carry out other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the program.
