About the position

As a Sales Lead at Lane Bryant, you will play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and supportive environment for both associates and customers. Your partnership with the Store Manager is essential in executing daily action plans that ensure the store operates smoothly and maintains its fabulous appearance. Your leadership will be critical in cultivating a store atmosphere where associates are trained, motivated, and empowered to reach their highest potential. With your operational knowledge, you will have the opportunity to step into the Manager role when needed, guiding your team to success with the support of store leaders. Communication will be vital as you share daily updates with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed. You will also support store leadership in onboarding new associates and ensure that the store adheres to brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years retail experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Passion for styling and love of working with people
  • Flexible availability - including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English
  • Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately.
