About The Position

The Stack Pad Tuber position involves the installation, servicing, and repair of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and controls. The role requires planning and executing work based on technical drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 or more years of related experience in electrical and electronics repair.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly/hydraulic drawings.
• Able to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to work at heights up to 65 feet.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout the workday.
• Experience working in a non-climate controlled environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with layout of full-scale drawings of tubing systems.
• Ability to measure, cut, bend, and fit-up tubing.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and controls.
• Plan layout and installation following instructions or work requirements using drawings, blueprints, sketches, and manuals.
• Measure, cut, bend, thread, assemble, and install tubing and piping.
• Install tubing and clamps into cable tray systems.
• Plan and coordinate daily work with limited supervision.
• Utilize hand, hydraulic, and power tools for various tasks.
• Drill and tap holes in structures and attach brackets, guards, etc. per the assembled drawing.
• Operate man lifts, scissor lifts, overhead cranes, band saws, hose cutting/crimping devices, pressure pumps, and hydraulic pumping units when necessary.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment.
• Comply with all Client Company and HSE policies and procedures.
