At Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS), we're at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions for Electronic Warfare (EW) programs. Using the electromagnetic spectrum-signals such as radio, infrared, or radar- to sense, protect, and communicate. At the same time, EW can disrupt, deny and degrade the adversaries' ability to use these signals. We are in search of an experienced Electronic Warfare (EW) System Integration & Test engineering professional to join our team. You can help us take on the world's most important and complex challenges by providing solutions to a variety of technical problems. In this important role you will be responsible for leading the BLQ-10 Production I&T Team. The Production Organization is seeking to establish long-term organizational fit with multiple opportunities across disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Completing and Organizing Factory Accepting Testing for modernization kits to meet Delivery requirements.
  • Planning and scheduling for modernization kits.
  • Management and allocation of production material to support FATs and NRE development.
  • Identification of risks and opportunities and participation in the process to mitigate risks and capture opportunities.
  • Monitoring of staffing, hours, and costs per kit.
  • Support and oversee development and execution of engineering plans including SEMP, IMP and RMP.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a related discipline.
  • Professional experience in systems engineering key domains including architecture, analysis, design, trade studies, integration, and test.
  • Knowledge and understanding of systems for testability, reliability, maintainability, and availability.
  • Experience developing, analysis and testing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures. Including performance and subsystem integration.
  • Experience with integration/test planning and execution.
  • The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance required - Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship.

Nice-to-haves

  • Demonstrated expertise working with a System Development Life Cycle across multiple phases.
  • Experience developing system requirements, interfaces, and architectures using MBSE tools and technique.
  • Strong risk management experience and expertise, including identification, mitigation and abatement planning and tracking.
  • Experience with Agile systems development and/or DevOps.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus with a proven record of outstanding customer satisfaction.
