About The Position
The Community Outreach - Staff Generalist will work in collaboration with staff and members in the daily operation of BCS's Greater Heights Clubhouse, an internationally certified and highly recognized Clubhouse model program. This program provides a safe, nurturing, and non-institutional setting for psychiatric rehabilitation that fosters independent living and greater participation in the community. The Clubhouse Generalist will engage Clubhouse members in all activities that keep the community going while assisting them in reaching their recovery goals and ensuring quality support and services. The focus of this position is to engage in community outreach.
