About the position

Insulet Corporation is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Instructional Designer. Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in leadership development and adult learning is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in instructional design, learning and development, or a related field creating educational or technical materials.
  • High level of competency in the use of English language, proper grammar and spelling, and applied writing skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on understanding and effectively communicating product knowledge.
  • Ability to understand medical, clinical, and technical aspects of diabetes management and drug delivery products.
