Responsibilities

  • Help maintain and improve our SaaS systems, network infrastructure, and end-user support for all remote workers worldwide.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement AI tools and integrations, as well as other projects as identified.
  • Implement automation to make IT processes repeatable, scalable, and secure.
  • Use standalone code, webhooks, or API integrations to optimize and interconnect our SaaS environment.
  • Guide 'build vs. buy' decisions for integrations and tooling for IT and other departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and design to deployment and monitoring.
  • Apply the grease of automation to the squeaky wheel of processes for IT and our cross-functional partners.
  • Work with IT leadership to help drive functional areas of IT through process and technology.
  • Collaborate with IT teammates and other stakeholders to mature our ITIL processes.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • 4+ years of experience working with Okta as an IDP and IAM service.
  • Deep understanding of SSO and a strong security background.
  • Strong familiarity with working within ITIL framework.
  • Ability to define, drive, and deliver complex projects.
  • Understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, cloud-based AI services).
