As a Staff Product Designer on the Ads & Promotions team at DoorDash, you will play a pivotal role in designing the end-to-end Ads & Promotions campaign management experience for CPG brands and Enterprise restaurants. This position involves collaborating with a tight-knit cross-functional team to create intelligent recommendations that help customers find the right tools for their needs, regardless of their business stage. You will be responsible for driving the strategy that showcases the value of marketing on DoorDash, ensuring that activating a campaign is seamless for both new and returning users. Your work will directly impact how local businesses connect with over 20 million consumers on the DoorDash platform. In this role, you will lead the user experience of products from conception to execution. This includes contributing to product strategy, conducting design sprints, and crafting a compelling vision for the product. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs, ensuring that the storytelling around product needs and opportunities is clear and engaging. Your responsibilities will also include creating, collaborating, and refining user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, ultimately delivering high-quality product improvements that enhance the user experience.
