About the position

The role involves working with the IT Enterprise Systems team at Pinterest to evolve the technology stack for revenue. The position requires collaboration with system engineers and analysts to build systems that support scaling the revenue function, while also developing a product roadmap in partnership with strategic leaders. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and business acumen, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of system engineers and analysts to build systems supporting revenue scaling.
• Evolve architecture and design solutions to meet business growth needs.
• Develop a detailed product roadmap in partnership with strategic product leaders and systems managers.
• Evaluate current solutions and identify opportunities for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT, Accounting, Revenue, and Monetization product teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years systems engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a global organization.
• Strong understanding of core accounting and revenue processes, including journal processing and revenue management lifecycle.
• Oracle EBS implementation experience in distribution and revenue models, with experience in building custom solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.
• Ad industry experience is preferred.

• Base salary range of $135,150-$278,000 USD, based on various factors including location and experience.
