Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product hiring, specifically in technical recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience in hiring for senior-level engineering positions.
• 5+ years of sourcing experience with a strong track record in building talent pipelines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Experience in a hyper-growth environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and relevant recruitment tools.
