About the position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on driving business growth in high-volume or financial staffing environments, requiring excellent relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset to achieve and exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, focusing on high-growth sectors and high-volume staffing needs within the Charlotte market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions to meet client demands.
• Design and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company's client base and achieve revenue growth targets.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Charlotte area job market and business landscape, leveraging insights to drive competitive advantage.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, negotiating terms and managing expectations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Partner closely with recruitment teams to align client needs with candidate availability, ensuring timely and effective staffing solutions.
• Utilize data and reporting tools to track account performance, provide updates to senior leadership, and continually optimize account management strategies.
• Use staffing software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage client relationships, monitor pipeline activities, and report on sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, or talent acquisition, with a strong background in leadership or client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with the Charlotte, NC, job market and key business players within the region.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with staffing software or ATS platforms.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
