Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop customized solutions.
• Source, recruit, and coordinate placement of candidates to meet client demands.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and follow-up.
• Assist in onboarding and coordinating schedules for new hires.

Requirements

• Experience in staffing or recruiting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service and sales-oriented mindset.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
