About The Position

As a Project Manager, for TES Startup, you will work closely with First, Middle and Last Mile Amazon stakeholders to successfully deliver projects that allow Amazon to continue to honor our customer delivery promise. You will be able to immerse yourself in program and project management activities that will continuously challenge you.

Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.).
• Experience in MS Access and SQL.
• Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, coordinate and track to completion all activities necessary for partner execution teams to successfully launch new builds, retrofits and expansions in support of the First, Middle and Last Mile network.
• Ensure the installation of all finishing aspects and equipment that make a building functional to process volume for our customers.
• Drive project execution, standardization and process improvement.
• Build partnerships and lead through influence with contractors, installation vendors, construction and engineering teams along with other stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Collaborate with all project teams to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support program initiative goals by delivering projects of varying complexity.
• Travel across applicable regions as required, with travel expected to reach up to 80% at peak times.
