About The Position

The Stock Team Member is responsible for assisting with the freight flow process, maintaining backroom organization, replenishing the sales floor, and executing price changes. This part-time role requires a high level of organization and a sense of urgency to ensure efficient operations and support the company's sales goals.

Requirements

• No experience necessary, stock experience preferred
• Energetic, results-oriented, and competitive with a drive to succeed
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to read and interpret company directives and manuals
• Ability to work a schedule to meet the business needs of the store
• Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly
• Ability to climb ladders
• Ability to lift and move bulky merchandise regularly
• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, and lift to stock and retrieve merchandise

Responsibilities

• Assist in the process of the receipt of all merchandise in a safe, timely and efficient manner
• Assist in maintaining an efficient and organized stockroom
• Assist in assembling product, executing markdowns and salesfloor replenishment
• Provide support for driving profitable sales and protecting company assets
• Support the Company Handbook during shifts
• Take personal accountability for individual performance
• Treat co-workers and customers with respect and professionalism
• Support company branding by adhering to dress code
• Maintain high commitment to company initiatives
• Take initiative to ensure shipment is processed effectively and timely
