About The Position

The Store Manager II at TD Bank is responsible for developing and leading a store portfolio to enhance growth and profitability in the Consumer Business. This role involves managing deposits, loans, fees, and expenses while ensuring a legendary experience for both employees and customers. The manager will coach and motivate the store team, deepen customer relationships, and ensure that customer needs are met through appropriate referrals to specialists.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related experience in retail, customer service, or financial services with supervisory experience.
• Proven business development skills with the ability to implement strategies.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience, particularly in small business and consumer lending.
• Excellent financial analysis, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the growth and profitability of the store portfolio.
• Manage a medium-sized store and team, overseeing performance metrics.
• Hire, set goals, and develop staff while managing performance and compensation decisions.
• Act as a mentor to developing store managers and provide coaching and guidance.
• Originate loan applications and conduct loan closings while maintaining NMLS registration.
• Promote the bank's presence in the community through participation in local initiatives.
