Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, supervise, and develop a team of Sales Managers and sales associates.
  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters high performance and low turnover.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales promotions to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and motivate the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure smooth operation of all store functions, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the store and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Develop and manage store budgets, monitoring key financial metrics and reporting performance to management.
