About the position

As a key player in driving TradePending’s success, the Strategic Accounts Program Manager will play an instrumental role in managing our largest and most complex accounts—OEMs and Major Accounts. In this role, you will shape and execute strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and innovation of our organization. You will oversee multiple, often interconnected projects that contribute to strategic organizational goals. Your focus will be on ensuring alignment, optimizing resources, and achieving successful delivery within timeline constraints. Additionally, you'll assist with administrative and reporting responsibilities specific to OEM and Major Accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between TradePending and OEMs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEM stakeholders.
  • Ensure the TradePending platform aligns with OEM requirements and branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional campaigns to increase dealer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute and launch OEM programs and strategic projects.
  • Drive alignment between departments (Sales, CS, Product, Technology, and Finance) to ensure seamless delivery of complex solutions.
  • Ensure integration of OEM and Major Account specifications.
  • Ensure platform compliance with OEM/Major Account data security and reporting requirements.
  • Implement OEM-specific requirements effectively within the TradePending platform.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to manage contracts and agreements.
  • Align internal stakeholders on OEM and Major Account goals.
  • Create and manage project timelines and resource allocation to keep initiatives on track.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as dealer adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
  • Generate performance and compliance reports for OEMs.
  • Use data insights to recommend improvements for future OEM programs.
  • Create and deliver reports for Strategic Accounts as needed.
  • Address and resolve conflicts between OEMs, dealers, and internal teams.
  • Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges related to OEM and Major Accounts.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, high-impact OEM projects.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive software systems, development processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent skills in planning, coordinating, and executing complex programs with a consistent track record of delivering results.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Expertise in identifying risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Deep understanding of automotive industry standards, with specific experience in OEM programs and Major Groups.
  • Skilled in software tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver results in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
  • Strong ability to work effectively in team-oriented and cross-functional environments.
