Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of creative solutions to complex communication problems.
  • Provide strategic communication services to communicate government initiatives and priorities.
  • Design and deliver a variety of well-being communications materials.
  • Create proactive and responsive solutions to business needs.
  • Coordinate with well-being leadership to prioritize potential initiatives based on workforce feedback and industry trends.
  • Work closely with well-being stakeholders to develop customer-facing and partner-facing collateral and communications.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications.
  • Knowledge of communications best practices and principles.
  • Ability to research and draft original content for a variety of communication channels and methods with little direction or supervision.
  • Ability to develop a network of communications professionals in the client space.
  • Ability to interact with high-level clients, including making recommendations to advance their vision.
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the Intelligence Community (IC).
  • Ability to plan, develop, design, and revise corporate websites.
  • Master's degree.
